1. the shoots of salad vegetables such as arugula, Swiss chard, mustard, beetroot, etc., picked just after the first leaves have developed.
Our microgreens are grown hydroponically using only seeds, water and coconut fiber pads in a controlled indoor environment for consistent year round production. We use sterilized food-safe grow trays and natural bamboo in our growing process.
